To help us plan and facilitate your event effectively, please review the following guidelines before requesting voluntary radio communication support.

How to Apply

Type of communication support needed
Specific service area or location
Date and duration of the event
Approximate number of volunteers required
Complete venue information

Submission Timeline

Requests must be submitted at least three (3) weeks before the event or requested support date.

Approval Process for Voluntary Support

Radio communication support will be provided in accordance with ARSB’s internal policies, operational guidelines and safety requirements. If your request meets the established criteria, we will be pleased to extend voluntary assistance.

Before confirming support, the ARSB team may:

📋 Complete a Detailed Survey

📻 Perform Necessary Field Tests
