Amateur Radio Society of Bangladesh (ARSB) Legal Status

The Amateur Radio Society of Bangladesh (ARSB) is a nationally recognized non-profit amateur radio organization dedicated to promoting, developing, and supporting amateur radio activities throughout Bangladesh. Established to unite amateur radio operators and enthusiasts under a common platform, ARSB plays a vital role in advancing technical knowledge, emergency communications, public service, and international cooperation within the amateur radio community.

ARSB is a registered society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC), Bangladesh. The organization is also recognized by the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) for its contributions to amateur radio development and community engagement.

The Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) has approved the amateur radio club callsign S21AHQ for the Amateur Radio Society of Bangladesh. Through this nationally recognized club station, ARSB coordinates amateur radio activities, training programs, technical workshops, emergency communication exercises, and public service initiatives across the country.
