The world-famous Parks On The Air (POTA) activity has made its way to Dhaka, Bangladesh! Ham radio operators took to the great outdoors, connecting with fellow enthusiasts around the globe using their portable, battery-powered radio setups. This exciting event showcased these operators’ technical prowess and highlighted the beauty of Dhaka’s green spaces.

The latest POTA activation took place on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at the beautiful Botanical Garden in Mirpur, Dhaka. The event ran from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, allowing operators to make the most of the day under the lush greenery.
