ARSB Membership Application

The membership application for the Amateur Radio Society of Bangladesh (ARSB) is available on their website. Please make sure to follow the instructions carefully.

Key things to remember while filling out the form:

  1. Read the Instructions: Read all instructions on the application form and the terms and conditions before starting.
  2. Provide Accurate Information: Ensure all personal and professional details are accurate and match your official documents (like your NID/Passport and BTRC License).
    • Required Information includes: Name, Call Sign, Profession, Present Address, Permanent Address, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Mobile, Email, and Date.
  3. Member Type: Select the New Member.
    • New Member (Must have BTRC license or Certificate): This is for new applicants who already have a license/certificate from the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC).
    • Renewal: For existing members renewing their membership.
  4. Upload Necessary Documents: The form requires uploads of several documents. Make sure they are in the correct format (e.g., PDF, JPG) and meet the size limits (e.g., Max. file size: 10 MB).
    • BTRC License Upload (Required for New Member/Renewal)
    • NID / Passport (Preferably Passport) (Required)
    • Photo 300 x 300 (Jpg) (Required)
    • BTRC Certificate Upload (Required for New Member/Renewal)
  5. Recommendations: New applicants require recommendations from 2 (two) existing ARSB members. You will need the name, Call Sign/Member ID, and mobile number of the recommending members.
  6. Review and Submit: Carefully review all the filled-in details and uploaded documents before submitting the form.

Important Note: The ARSB team conducts a thorough review and verification process for all applications. You will receive further instructions after successful verification. We do not accept any cash payments, so please conduct all transactions through our bank or bKash marchent account after application approval. Since all work is done on a voluntary basis, we cannot predict in advance how long it will take to complete the membership process. We will contact you regarding the next steps, so please be patient.
