Amateur Radio Society of Bangladesh (ARSB) is a vibrant non-profit organization established in 2015 and officially registered in 2019 , dedicated to fostering a community of both young and professional amateur radio enthusiasts. ARSB’s primary mission is to promote and disseminate the practice of amateur radio, a vital and efficient communication tool, particularly crucial during emergencies like natural disasters. Amateur radio, also known as ham radio, enables individuals to communicate across long distances without relying on commercial telecommunication networks. This capability makes it an invaluable resource in times of crisis, when traditional communication infrastructures may be compromised. Organization is registered in 2019 under Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms, under the Societies Act 1860
