The Bangladesh Armed Forces Division (AFD), in partnership with the United States Army Pacific (USARPAC), co-hosted the Disaster Response Exercise and Exchange (DREE) in Dhaka from October 27 to 31, 2019. The exercise convened representatives from various countries and organizations to advance regional and international disaster response capabilities. Built around a simulated large-scale earthquake scenario, DREE enabled participants to test and refine their emergency preparedness, coordination, and response mechanisms. The collaboration was designed to improve multilateral interoperability and foster stronger partnerships among the participating nations.
